Sennheiser HD26 Headphones
The HD 26 PRO is Sennheiser's closed-back monitoring headphone for broadcast, outside-broadcast, and studio work where isolation and accurate reproduction matter more than flash. The closed, supra-aural design seals out ambient noise so an engineer or presenter hears the mix, not the room, and a swiveling ear cup lets one ear drop for cueing or listening to the environment. The dynamic drivers deliver a flat, detailed response suited to long sessions of critical monitoring.
A 100 ohm impedance keeps it well matched to broadcast consoles and mixers, and Sennheiser's ActiveGard circuit clamps sudden peaks to protect the listener's ears from damaging spikes. At 180 grams without cable it stays comfortable through a shift. The set includes the headphones, a cable clip, a wide headband cushion, a screw-on 1/4-inch jack adapter, and the user manual.
