Sennheiser GA 6042 BA Battery Pack Adapter

The GA 6042 BA is a battery pack adapter that powers Sennheiser's EK 6042 two-channel camera receiver away from a camera. Instead of drawing from the camera body, the adapter carries the receiver's supply on its own, which is what you want when the EK 6042 is bag-mounted or run as a standalone diversity receiver on a location shoot.

It holds up to two BA 61 rechargeable packs and supports hot-swapping, so a drained cell can be replaced without interrupting a take. The adapter mounts on the GA 6042 backpanel adapter; note that both the BA 61 batteries and the backpanel adapter are sold separately.
