Sennheiser EK-6042Two Channel Slot-in Receiver
The EK 6042 is a two-channel true-diversity slot-in receiver for camera and bag work, part of Sennheiser's Digital 6000 world. It puts two independent wireless channels in one SuperSlot housing, so a single receiver covers a two-person interview or a main-plus-backup rig without a second box on the camera. True diversity on each channel switches between antennas to hold the link as the talent moves.
A wide 184 MHz switching bandwidth lets it follow transmitters across a large tuning range, and built-in automated setup finds and assigns clean frequencies for you. It speaks Sennheiser's analog HDX and HiDyn+ companding as well as the Digital 6000 and 9000 modes, so it pairs with a broad span of Sennheiser transmitters. Slotting into SuperSlot chassis, it accepts camera adapters for Sony and Panasonic (Unislot) mounts.
