sE Electronics V7 ENG Handheld Interview Microphone

The V7 ENG is the V7 stretched into an interview stick. At 250 mm the extra length gives a reporter somewhere to hold the mic without hand noise reaching the capsule, and it keeps the flag or logo clear of the grille on camera.

Electrically it is a V7: supercardioid dynamic, aluminium voice coil, neodymium magnet, 40 Hz to 19 kHz. The supercardioid pattern rejects crowd noise from behind the mic, which is the job on location. A mic clip, thread adapter, black external windscreen and pouch are included.
