RCF RDNet Control 2 Two-Subnet Network Interface
The RDNet Control 2 is the small end of RCF's network control hardware: a USB interface that connects a laptop to RDNet-capable speakers such as the TTL 55-A, TTL 33-A II and TTL 31-A II. It manages two subnets of up to 32 devices each, so a stereo hang of 32 modules per side addresses cleanly without a second interface.
It takes its power from the USB socket, so there is nothing to plug into mains at front of house, and connections are RJ45 and XLR. Addressing, EQ, delay, presets and live monitoring all run from the RDNet software on the PC. The ABS case is 4.37 inches wide and weighs 0.37 lbs, which means it lives in a laptop bag rather than a rack.
