QSC KS212C Powered Cardioid Subwoofer
The KS212C runs dual 12 inch long-excursion drivers, each in its own sixth-order bandpass chamber, off a dual 1800 W Class D amplifier module. The two drivers fire in a cardioid pattern that puts roughly 15 dB more output in front of the box than behind it, the difference between 30 W and 1000 W of energy, so low end stays out of vocal mics and off the stage instead of filling the room from every direction.
That directional control makes it a natural fit for houses of worship, corporate stages, and any room where rear or side spill causes feedback or muddies the mix. Balanced XLR input and thru wiring daisy-chain into an existing system, and the single cabinet replaces the pair of subs a non-cardioid rig would need to get the same rejection.
