ADAM Audio D3V Active Desktop Monitors (Pair)

The D3V is ADAM Audio's desktop pair: a handmade D-ART tweeter over a single-piece aluminium 3.5-inch woofer, with passive radiators on both side walls doing the work a port would need a bigger cabinet to do. Response reaches 45 Hz, which is unusual from a box this size.

The supplied foot angles the cabinets 15 degrees up toward the listener on a desk, and a 3/8-inch insert on the base takes a mic stand or desk arm instead. Amplification totals 240 W peak across the pair, and sleep draw is 0.3 W. The cabinets are PC-ABS rather than MDF, so they survive being moved.
