ADAM Audio A8H Three-Way Active Midfield Monitor

The A8H is the largest A Series monitor: an 8-inch Multi-Layer Mineral woofer, a 3.5-inch DCH midrange dome and the handmade X-ART tweeter, in a single front-ported cabinet that reaches 31 Hz and holds 105 dB peak at a meter. ADAM builds it in mirrored left and right versions, so a stereo pair keeps the midrange and tweeter axis symmetrical about the listening position.

The three-way split gives the midrange its own 3.5-inch driver and its own amplifier instead of asking the woofer to cover it. DSP voicing, six-band parametric EQ, level and delay are set over Ethernet from A Control, with Sonarworks SoundID Reference profiles importable, and analog input is XLR or RCA. Order the left and right cabinets separately.
