proDAD VitaScene V5 Transition and Filter Effects for Windows

VitaScene V5 is proDAD's effects and transitions library, installed as a plug-in inside the editor rather than run as a separate program. The PRO edition carries over 1,700 effect templates; the LE edition carries over 320 of them. The catalog runs from seamless transitions (wipes, spins, zooms, perspective wipes, warps, stretches, vibrations, panoramics, elastics) to filter looks such as light accents, reflections, watercolor, and tilt-shift, plus 300 glitch effects new in version 5 that simulate pixelation, color distortion, digital noise, and frame skipping.

Rendering is done on the GPU, so effects preview and apply in real time inside the timeline, and the filters can be keyframed. The same filter set doubles as a repair tool: the algorithms will automatically lift contrast, brightness, sharpness, and color on weaker footage. Effects apply to text overlays and graphics as well as video clips. VitaScene V5 works as a plug-in in Grass Valley, Adobe, Blackmagic Design, Corel, Cyberlink, and Pinnacle editors, and in MAGIX Video deluxe, Video Pro X, and Boris VEGAS.
