Padcaster IRL G-Pod Flexible Mini Tripod Grip

The G-Pod is the grip you keep in the bag for shots a tripod cannot reach. Three flexible legs wrap around a railing, a branch, or a light stand, or fold together into a handle when there is nothing to wrap. An aluminium ball head at the top sets the angle once the legs are anchored.

It carries up to five pounds, which covers a phone in a cage, an action camera, or a small mirrorless body, and it pairs with the Padcaster IRL Grip for handheld work. At 11 inches long and 16 ounces it adds reach without adding a case, which is the entire point of a rig you take out of the studio.
