Recording a phone interview normally gets you one clear voice and one distant one. The TP-8 solves it by sitting in your ear as an earphone and working as a microphone at the same time, so the recorder hears the caller through the earpiece and your own voice through the same capsule.

It plugs straight into a digital voice recorder and works with mobile handsets as well as desk phones. Three sizes of ear pad are included so it stays comfortable through a long call, which matters more than it sounds when the interview runs an hour.
