OM System PRF-D46 PRO 46mm Protection Filter

The PRF-D46 covers the 46mm threads in the M.Zuiko line. It is a protection filter rather than an effects filter, so the design brief is simply to be invisible: multi-coated glass that keeps reflections off the sensor and a black rim that stops light skimming the filter edge and returning as veiling flare.

Leave it fitted and it takes the abuse instead of the lens. It cleans like a front element, sits under a hood without fouling it, and costs a small fraction of the repair it prevents.
