OM System LH-49B Lens Hood for M.Zuiko 17mm and 25mm F1.8

Fast primes are used wide open against backlight more than any other lens in a bag, and that is exactly the condition where an unshaded front element turns a rim-lit portrait into a low-contrast wash. The LH-49B fits the M.Zuiko Digital 17mm F1.8, 25mm F1.8 and both II versions.

It is a short hood by necessity - the angle of view on a 17mm allows only so much - but it clears the light that arrives from just outside the frame, which is the light that does the damage. The black finish keeps it visually part of the lens rather than an add-on.
