OConnor Ultimate 2560 Fluid Head and 60L Tripod System

The 2560 is the 2575's smaller sibling, aimed squarely at the accessorised digital cinema camera: an Alexa in portable build, or a lightweight body from Sony, Canon, ARRI, AJA, JVC, Panasonic, Vision Research or RED loaded out for studio work. It carries 83 lb (37.7 kg) at a 4 in centre of gravity, 65 lb (29.5 kg) at 6 in and 53 lb (24.1 kg) at 8 in, and the head package in this system arrives complete with the Euro style quick release, pan handle, extension and both base and tiedown sets.

Under it, the 60L is a two-stage carbon fiber tripod weighing 9 lb (4.1 kg) on its own and rated to 209 lb (95 kg) even at its full 60.6 in height. It folds to 29.9 in. Pick the top casting to match the base already on your head, Mitchell or 150mm bowl, and the spreader to match where you work: the floor spreader for the widest footprint on a stage, the mid-level spreader plus rubber feet for speed on uneven ground.
