NETGEAR M4250-12M2XF Managed AV Switch (MSM4214X)

The M4250-12M2XF is the 14-port member of NETGEAR's M4250 AV Line, laid out as 12 x 2.5G and 2 x SFP+. It carries no PoE, so endpoints bring their own power and the switch is doing pure transport. Access ports run at 2.5G.

What separates an AV Line switch from a generic managed switch is the software. You assign a configuration profile to each port instead of hand-typing a CLI, and the VLAN, QoS and multicast settings that profile needs are applied for you.
