The RBS1830 is a 4-post rack support bracket kit for NETGEAR M4250 and M4350 series switches. It adds a rear support point so the switch does not rely on the front rail alone, with a 16-piece kit of adjustable brackets, torsion hinges, and mounting plates.

It fits switch depths from 350 to 432 mm and rack depths from 18 to 30 in, with both #10-32 and #12-24 thread types covered. Covered by NETGEAR's limited lifetime hardware warranty.
