Middle Things Middle Remote PTZ Control Surface
The Middle Remote is a professional PTZ control surface built for a live production operator running a gimbal-based camera rig rather than an all-in-one PTZ head. A precision joystick handles pan, tilt, and zoom, while onboard OLED displays show live camera values, ISO, aperture, white balance, tint, focus, contrast, saturation, and white/black level, so an operator can see exactly what a camera is set to without checking a separate monitor.
It connects over USB-C and Ethernet, and pairs with select DJI gimbals through Middle Things' APC-R interface or integrates with Blackmagic Design ATEM switchers, syncing display values automatically when used with an ATEM system. Free Middle Control Software (plus Make Pro X Glue software on Mac or Windows) handles the configuration side, turning a gimbal and a camera into a controllable remote head from one control surface.
