Mitakon Speedmaster 65mm F1.4 Lens for Fujifilm GFX
Unlike the T1.0 cine primes in the Speedmaster line, the 65mm F1.4 is a stills lens built for Fujifilm's G-mount medium-format bodies, and it is faster than nearly anything else made for that mount. Eleven elements in nine groups, including high-refractive-index and ultra-low-dispersion glass, sit behind a 9-blade diaphragm running f/1.4 to f/16. On the GFX sensor, 65mm reads close to a 50mm field of view in full-frame terms, with a 46 degree angle of view.
Focus and aperture are both manual, in keeping with the rest of the Speedmaster range, and a built-in retractable lens hood is part of the barrel rather than a separate accessory. Minimum focus is 0.70m with a 0.25x maximum magnification, useful for tighter product or portrait work. The front takes 72mm filters, and the lens weighs 1,050g at 82 x 96mm.
