Mitakon Speedmaster 35mm T1.0 Micro Four Thirds Cine Lens
This 35mm completes the low end of Zhong Yi Optics' T1.0 Micro Four Thirds set, built to the same design language as the 17mm and 25mm: eleven elements in eight groups behind a 9-blade iris running T1.0 through T16, with a 77mm front filter thread shared across the line. On a Micro Four Thirds sensor the 35mm focal length reads roughly like a normal lens, useful as the workhorse prime in a three- or four-lens MFT kit.
Focus runs a 161.1 degree throw and the aperture ring turns 64 degrees, both marked for repeatable pulls. Minimum focus is 0.35m, and the lens weighs 615g. This is the Micro Four Thirds version specifically; G&G also carries the Speedmaster 35mm T1.0 S35 (Sony E, Fuji X, and Canon RF mounts) as a separate product, and the two are not interchangeable.
