Lexicon BOB-32 Breakout Box
The BOB-32 is the breakout box built to pair with Lexicon's QLI-32 immersion processor, converting up to 32 channels of BLU link digital audio to analog on four DB-25F connectors. Two RJ45 ports carry the BLU link connection over up to 100 meters of Cat5e, supporting up to 60 nodes and 256 channels at 48 kHz (128 channels at 96 kHz) across the network.
DIP switches on the front panel select which channel range each unit outputs, with LED indicators for signal and power status, so a cinema install can add breakout boxes as channel count grows without re-cabling. It occupies a single rack space, runs on 100-240 VAC universal power, and carries a 3-year warranty.
