Kramer VSM-4x4A 4x4 Seamless AV Matrix Switcher/Multi-Scaler

The VSM-4x4A is a 4x4 HDMI matrix switcher that doubles as a video wall driver or a multi-viewer without changing hardware - an operator picks the mode from the front panel. In matrix mode it cuts between the four inputs with a genuinely seamless, frame-to-frame switch (no black flash), or can drop into fade-through-black mode when the four outputs need independent resolutions. As a video wall driver it runs a 2x2 or 1x4 array with bezel correction so the image lines up across the seams; as a multi-viewer it splits a display into dual (split/PIP/POP) or quad layouts.

Audio rides along on every input and output - four balanced outputs on terminal blocks and four unbalanced on 3.5mm jacks, with independent volume per output and support for Dolby Digital Plus, DTS, DTS-HD and up to 8-channel LPCM. Per-port HDCP and EDID settings mean one troublesome source or display doesn't force a global downgrade, and a built-in ProcAmp covers color, hue, sharpness, noise, contrast and brightness. Four preset memory locations store common in/out configurations per operating mode for one-button recall, and control runs from the front panel, an included IR remote, RS-232, or Ethernet with built-in web pages.
