JVC DS24M-MFT D
The Rokinon DS24M-MFT is a 24mm T1.5 Cine DS prime lens in a Micro Four Thirds mount, the wide-angle cine glass JVC used to demonstrate the Super 35 GY-LS300 camera at trade shows. A fast T1.5 aperture opens up low-light and shallow depth-of-field work, and the de-clicked iris rides smoothly and silently through its T1.5 to T22 range. Geared focus and iris rings sit in the industry-standard positions shared across Rokinon's Cine DS line, so follow-focus and matte-box rigs carry over between lenses.
Focus and aperture scales are marked on both sides of the barrel for operator or first-AC reading, and the optical path uses 13 elements in 12 groups with Rokinon's ultra multi-coating. This unit is a demo offered with a 90-day warranty and ships with a removable lens hood, a lens pouch and front and rear caps.
