Irix Cine 45mm T1.5 Full-Frame Cinema Lens

The Irix Cine 45mm T1.5 is the normal lens of the Irix Cine set, 43.6 degrees horizontally on full frame and close to how the eye reads a room. The optical block runs 11 elements in 9 groups including four high refractive, one ED and one aspherical element, and distortion measures 0.5 percent. Focus breathing is low enough that a rack does not visibly change framing.

It focuses internally to 0.4 m with a 180 degree throw on a 0.8 mod gear, takes 86 mm screw-in filters behind a 95 mm front, and carries the Magnetic Mount System ring for Irix Edge magnetic filters. Five rubber o-rings seal the barrel, four on PL, and the Irix Cine line holds MIL-STD-810 certification for freezing rain, icing and humidity. All SKUs listed here are the imperial (feet) focus scale.
