HK Audio SONAR 115 Xi Active 15 inch Loudspeaker

The SONAR 115 Xi is the largest of the SONAR Xi cabinets. A 15-inch cone driver and a 1-inch compression driver on a constant directivity horn give a 90 by 60 degree pattern, and the 1200 W peak Class AB plus D amplifier produces 130 dB peak with useful response down to 56 Hz. It is the one to specify when the system has to carry low end on its own.

As with the smaller models, three input channels are built in: two XLR/jack combos switchable between microphone and line, plus an AUX channel on a 3.5 mm jack or Bluetooth 5.0. Levels and three-band EQ are set per channel from a rotary control and a 1.83-inch colour display, with DSP covering metering, low-cut, delay, and pre or post master routing on the XLR mix output. The cabinet is plastic in jet black with a coated steel grille and weighs 43 pounds.
