Hiwatt FS202LJ Hi-5 Footswitch

The FS202LJ is the footswitch made for the Hiwatt Hi-5, and the Hi-5 needs it: channel switching on that amplifier is done from the floor, not the front panel.

Two buttons cover the two things the Hi-5 has to switch, its clean and overdrive channels and its valve boost. Hiwatt lists it as the compatible switch for both the Hi-5 head and the Hi-5 combo.
