FieldCast Adapter One

Adapter One connects a FieldCast 2Core single-mode fiber cable directly to a Blackmagic Design ATEM Camera Converter, protecting the converter's vulnerable LC fiber connections inside a rugged, glass-blasted and anodized aluminum case. The color-coded FieldCast 2Core SM chassis connector with a D-size flange makes the fiber connection fast and consistent in the field.

A short, bend-insensitive patch cable inside the housing carries the signal from the chassis connector to the converter's SFP with standard PC-polished LC Duplex connections, and a spare D-size cutout is left open with a blind plate so the unit can be upgraded to Adapter One Plus later. It mounts to the back of the Camera Converter using the converter's own four housing taps, with no drilling or gluing required, and ships with an instruction manual and hex key.
