FieldCast Adapter One Plus

Adapter One Plus is identical to Adapter One, connecting a FieldCast 2Core single-mode fiber cable to a Blackmagic Design ATEM Camera Converter through a rugged, glass-blasted aluminum case, but adds a Neutrik four-pin XLR chassis connector so the converter can run from an external battery or power supply instead of its stock laptop-style brick. A 90-degree power plug taps into the converter's own power connector without changing how the unit operates.

That XLR connection is a standard, low-cost way to keep a Camera Converter powered through a long shooting day, and it also lets a crew rewire the converter's stock power supply with a female four-pin XLR connector to keep using it. The adapter mounts to the back of the Camera Converter with no drilling, and ships with an instruction manual and hex key.
