Elgato Chat Link Pro Console Chat Audio Cable
Chat Link Pro solves one narrow problem: a console sends game audio down HDMI but party chat only to the controller, so a stream captures the game and none of the conversation. The cable sits between the controller and the headset and mirrors the chat audio out to a capture card's analog input or a computer's line-in.
Three connectors do the work: a 3.5 mm male into the PS5 or PS4 controller, a 3.5 mm male into the capture card, and a 3.5 mm female for the headset. A switchable line isolator is built in for when a ground loop puts hum on the feed. The braided jacket runs 250 cm, which is enough to sit back from the screen without the cable pulling on the controller.
