Deity NP-F550 Rechargeable L-Series Battery

Deity's NP-F550 is a drop-in replacement for the Sony L-series pack that half the accessories on a set run on, built on LG high-capacity 18650 cells. Deity rates it 67 percent above the capacity of an average NP-F550, which is the difference between a monitor lasting a block and a monitor lasting the day.

Protection circuitry covers overcharge and short circuit, and the shell is specified as shock and drop resistant, which is what an L-series pack actually experiences. Rated life is over 300 charge cycles. It powers the Deity TC-SL1 slate along with Atomos Ninja V and Shogun recorders, Blackmagic Pocket Cinema bodies and Video Assist monitors, and the Aputure F7.
