Deity SPD-T4DT TA4f to D-Tap Power Cable

The SPD-T4DT powers a TA4f device directly from a camera battery's D-Tap, skipping the distro entirely. On a small rig that is often the whole power plan: one brick already on the camera, one tap, one cable.
