Crestron CLF-LDIMUEX-W Wireless Lamp Dimmer, 120V, White

Table and floor lamps are the loads a lighting system usually cannot reach, because there is nothing to wire into. The CLF-LDIMUEX-W goes inline instead: a 3 ft cord with a NEMA 1-15P inlet into the wall, a 1 ft cord with a NEMA 1-15R socket out to the lamp. It dims incandescent, tungsten-halogen, magnetic and electronic low-voltage, LED and dimmable CFL loads up to 250 W/VA at 120 VAC, with load detection choosing forward or reverse phase automatically. Protection covers over-voltage, over-current, a fuse and shorted FET magnetic transformer faults.

Once joined to the network the lamp answers Crestron touch screens, keypads and remotes like any other load. The CLF-LDIMUEX-W-CORD variant adds a lamp switch control input on an IEC 60320 C7 cord, so the lamp's own mechanical switch also drives the dimmer; that input needs a CLF-LAMPCORD, sold separately. A miniature pushbutton starts acquire mode and green LEDs show whether the load is powered. infiNET EX is a 2-way 2.4 GHz mesh on IEEE 802.15.4 channels 11 to 26, in which each device relays for the others, so coverage improves as the system grows rather than degrading. An infiNET EX gateway is required and is sold separately.
