Clear-Com RM-7044-Channel Remote Station
The RM-704 is the four-channel remote station of the 704-series partyline, giving a second or third operating position the same four-channel reach as the MS-704 main station. In a 2RU chassis it offers programmable front-panel buttons and individual per-channel volume controls, so a director at a remote booth or a stage manager at the deck can talk and listen across all four channels from their own panel.
Unlike the main station it carries no power supply, circuit breaker, or linking function - it draws its power straight from the intercom line and needs no external AC. That makes it quick to drop into an existing 704 system wherever another full-featured position is needed. Its panel mic input takes an electret with a limiter and the headset input accepts a dynamic mic.
