Carousel Cloud is the hosted version of Tightrope's digital signage platform: content management, player licenses, cloud storage, creator tools, training and support in one subscription rather than a server you have to maintain. Content is built and scheduled in a browser, and the same bulletin can be pushed to one screen or every screen in a district.

The tiers differ in scale and in how much help comes with them. Core starts at a 10 player minimum with 50 GB of media storage and one Express or Daily feed, and is aimed at teams that run their own signage. Pro starts at 30 players, raises storage to 100 GB and three feeds, and adds Power BI analytics and Customer Success Manager onboarding. Enterprise carries 500 GB, unlimited feeds, on-demand phone support and custom design services, the white glove tier for large multi-site networks.
