Blaze Audio PowerZone Connect 122 125 W 2-Channel Install Amplifier
The PowerZone Connect 122 is the smallest amplifier in the Blaze Audio install range: 125 watts total across two channels, delivering 2 x 60 W into 4 or 8 ohms in low impedance or a single 125 W line at 70V or 100V. Impedance is chosen per output rather than fixed at the factory, so one amplifier can feed a pair of surface speakers or a run of ceiling speakers without changing hardware. The chassis is 8.7 inches wide and weighs 4.41 pounds.
All configuration happens in the PowerZone Control web application built into the amplifier, which exposes a full input-to-output matrix, so no separate processor or software install is required. The output stage uses Pascal UMAC Class-D technology with power sharing across channels, and the universal UREC supply with power factor correction covers worldwide mains. S/PDIF input and output, configurable GPIO, ErP and Energy Star compliance, and UL listing round it out. The 122D adds a Dante Ultimo interface.
