Aviom Mix320 Personal Mixing System, Six A320 Mixers
Mix320 is Aviom's monitor system sold as one part number instead of a parts list. Every version ships six A320 personal mixers with their mic stand mounts and seven Cat-5e cables, so six players each set their own balance from the panel in front of them rather than calling changes across the stage. Each mixer takes both its audio and its 24 VDC over the one Cat-5 run from the distributor, so the stage wiring is a single cable per musician.
The three versions differ only in how audio gets into the system. Mix320-A uses the AN-16/i v.2 input module, sixteen balanced 1/4 inch TRS line inputs converted at 24-bit / 48 kHz, and a D400 A-Net distributor with eight powered ports. Mix320-D replaces that front end with a D400-Dante distributor for a console or network already carrying Dante. Mix320-Y uses the Aviom16/o-Y1 card, which fits a Yamaha console's expansion slot and hands off sixteen channels digitally with no analog input module at all.
