The OMX-M is voiced for vocalists who work close to the grille, with a tailored midrange response that adds the extra presence close-mic technique calls for. The low end is slightly attenuated to cut proximity-effect boominess, and mid-tight control keeps unwanted stage and studio noise from crowding the vocal.

All-metal construction and a dynamic capsule stand up to daily gigging, and a unique identification ring distinguishes it from the rest of the OMX line at a glance.
