Audix AP41SAX Wireless System for Sax and Brass
The Audix AP41SAX is a Performance Series analog UHF wireless system built around the ADX20i clip-on cardioid condenser. The AP41 pairs a single R41 receiver with one transmitter. The R41 is a single-tuner antenna-diversity design covering a 32 MHz window with 106 pre-coordinated frequencies, so up to 16 systems can share a room without hand-picking frequencies. One-touch auto scan finds a clear channel and an infrared sync beams it to the transmitter.
The ADX20i mounts on the bell of a horn with a spring-tension, shock-mounted clip and a flexible gooseneck for precise placement. It handles high SPL and reproduces brass and reed instruments naturally at very close working distances.
