Audix AP41HT7 Wireless Headworn System
The Audix AP41HT7 is a Performance Series analog UHF wireless system built around the HT7 single-ear headworn condenser. The AP41 pairs a single R41 receiver with one transmitter. The R41 is a single-tuner antenna-diversity design covering a 32 MHz window with 106 pre-coordinated frequencies, so up to 16 systems can share a room without hand-picking frequencies. One-touch auto scan finds a clear channel and an infrared sync beams it to the transmitter.
The HT7 uses a 3 mm element, the smallest microphone Audix builds. The earpiece can be worn on either ear and the boom arm adjusts for length, which is what lets one unit fit a rotating cast of presenters.
