Audio-Technica BP899cH Subminiature Omnidirectional Condenser Lavalier Microphone

The BP899 is a low-profile omnidirectional lavalier condenser, 5.3mm in diameter, offering wide dynamic range and tolerance for high sound pressure levels for natural, intelligible speech from stage and television talent, lecturers, and worship leaders. Its open-diaphragm design is covered by an acoustically transparent, moisture-repellent mesh that keeps sweat and humidity from degrading frequency response over time.

The cH version terminates in a screw-down 4-pin connector ready for Audio-Technica's cH-style body-pack transmitters. The c-TH version is the same omnidirectional capsule with an unterminated pigtail cable in the beige (theater) finish, for a production wiring its own connector or matching a different bodypack brand. Both include a clothing clip with 16 angle adjustments and two strain-relief points, plus windscreens and resonance caps to fine-tune intelligibility.
