Audio-Technica BP350ST MS Stereo Broadcast Microphone
The BP350ST puts independent cardioid and figure-of-eight condenser elements into a mid-side configuration, letting an operator choose wide stereo, narrow stereo, or discrete mid-side output right from a switch on the included AT8547 power module. That flexibility matters for a broadcast or field crew that needs to widen a stereo image for an open outdoor scene one minute and narrow it down to isolate a single speaker the next, all without re-miking.
The UB version ships with a low-profile boundary housing and a 5-inch gooseneck with clip-on mount, letting the capsule sit inconspicuously on a table or podium; the UL version mounts its cardioid element on a 16 cm interference tube built to clamp to a camera or support rig, functioning as a compact stereo shotgun for ENG work. Both share an 80 Hz high-pass filter switch and come with a 36 cm TA5F to dual-XLR3-M cable for feeding a camera's XLR inputs or a phantom-powered mixer.
