Audio-Technica AT8700 Adjustable Microphone Boom Arm

The AT8700 is a table-mount boom arm that clamps to a desk edge and swings a microphone into position on a 5/8-inch-27 thread, freeing up desk space for a keyboard, notes, or a second monitor in a streaming or recording setup. A full 360 degrees of rotation lets it reach across the desk in either direction, and it holds up to 1kg (about 2.2 lbs), enough for most USB and XLR podcast microphones.

A 17-inch reach and 16.75-inch vertical range cover most desk layouts, and the clamp fits desks up to 50mm (about 2 inches) thick. It ships with four USB cable clips, four XLR cable clips, and a table clamp, so the mic cable routes cleanly along the arm instead of hanging loose across the desk.
