Audio-Technica ATND8677a Microphone Desk Stand with Dante Network Output
The ATND8677a is a network microphone desk stand that takes a standard phantom-powered gooseneck condenser on its 3-pin XLRF input and outputs the signal directly onto a Dante audio network, skipping a separate audio interface or converter. It runs on network PoE, so a single Ethernet cable handles both power and audio.
A three-position gain selector (+30/+40/+50 dB) and an integral 80 Hz UniSteep low-cut filter dial in the input for louder or softer voices and cut room rumble. A touch-sensitive switch with a red/green LED handles local mute/unmute or, in Remote mode, can trigger functions on other Dante-enabled gear such as a camera preset. It is also plug-and-play compatible with AES67 networks, including Livewire, RAVENNA, and Q-LAN.
