Aida Imaging AIDA CCU-IP VISCA and VISCA over IP PTZ Camera Controller
The AIDA CCU-IP is a full-featured PTZ joystick controller built for multi-camera productions. It drives up to 7 AIDA PTZ cameras using either VISCA over IP (via its RJ-45 LAN port) or serial VISCA over RS-232 or RS-422, so it works whether the cameras are networked or hardwired. The 3-axis joystick handles pan, tilt, and zoom speed together, and the LCD screen shows camera selection and status at a glance.
Beyond basic movement, the controller stores presets for gain, iris, focus, and red/blue gain balance, giving an operator fine control over image quality without digging through a camera's own menu. It accepts power over Ethernet or a 12V DC adapter, and its soft-touch keys are built for the repeated use of a live studio or worship control room. At 4 lbs and roughly 12.6 x 7 x 4.25 inches, it sits comfortably on a control desk next to a switcher.
