Allen & Heath AES3 I/O Card, 6 In / 4 Out

The AES3 I/O Card gives a dLive or Avantis system a convenient path for digital patching straight into a PA, monitor amps, or speaker controllers, or for combining consoles over a standard AES3 connection. This 6 in / 4 out configuration is one of four fixed I/O layouts Allen & Heath offers so a system can be fitted with exactly the input and output count a rig needs.

Sample rate is switchable between 96kHz, 88.2kHz, 48kHz and 44.1kHz, and the input side carries a sample rate converter that accepts 32kHz to 192kHz, so mismatched external gear still locks up cleanly. The card can also be set to sync the console from its first AES input, and it installs into the digital I/O card slot on any dLive or Avantis mixrack.
