Whirlwind NAC3-520P powerCON to 20 A Edison Cable

This is the 20 A version of the tail that gets a Whirlwind Power Link run started from building power. One end is a Neutrik powerCON, the other is a NEMA 5-20P Edison plug, so it lands on a 20 A receptacle rather than the 15 A one the NAC3-515P is built for.
