Whirlwind Patchmaster60RC Patch Panel

The PatchMaster60 RC is the resistor colour version of the PatchMaster: five W1 multipin inputs connected directly to tails that are coded using the resistor colour sequence rather than Whirlwind's standard tail colours.

For a crew that already reads resistor colours, that ordering is faster to count down a loom than an arbitrary colour set. Otherwise it is the same panel as the standard PatchMaster60.
