Whirlwind DIRECT2 Two-Channel Direct Box

The DIRECT2 puts two DIRECTOR style passive channels in a single enclosure, which is what you want for a stereo keyboard rig, a pair of acoustic preamps, or a playback machine feeding the console. Each channel uses the shielded TRHL-M transformer and has its own parallel wired 1/4 inch in and out jacks.

The input and output grounds of the two sections are isolated from each other, so the box behaves as two genuinely separate DIs rather than a shared ground path waiting to cause trouble. Each channel carries a ground lift switch and a -20 dB pad for hot sources.
