Wooden Camera Unified Baseplate for Canon C300 Mark III/C500 Mark II/C200/C700

This quick-release baseplate provides lightweight 15mm rod support at the correct lens height for the Canon EOS C300 Mark III, C500 Mark II, C200, C200B, and C700. Rods pass front to back with two locking thumbscrews per side, and the baseplate releases in two different ways depending on whether the rods should stay with the camera or the base.

Loosening the right thumbscrew and lifting the camera leaves the 15mm rods behind on an ARCA-Swiss standard dovetail with 1/4-20 holes for gimbal or tripod plates. The Lower Quick Dovetail on the bottom carries 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 threaded holes for a tripod plate or ARRI-standard bridge plate; loosening the left thumbscrew instead removes the camera with the rods attached, exposing an integrated ARRI dovetail slot that mounts directly to 2060 Dovetails, Safety Dovetails, or Shoulder Rigs.
