VB3-FTMS pairs the Vinten Vision blue3 fluid head with flowtech75 carbon fibre legs and a mid-level spreader. The blue3 carries 3.0 to 6.6 kg on a 75 mm ball, which is the weight of a shouldered camcorder or a cine body with a lens, a monitor, and a battery on it. Its Perfect Balance counterbalance and LF drag are both infinitely adjustable rather than stepped, so instead of choosing the nearest setting you match the rig exactly and the shot holds where you stop it. Tilt runs the full ±90 degrees, pan turns 360, and a blue LED bubble lights the level when the floor is dark.

The flowtech75 legs are the reason the kit sets up fast: each leg has one flip-lock brake at the top, so height changes happen from a standing position rather than on your knees, and the legs hold 20 kg on their own.
