Vinten 3497-3B HDT OB Dolly

The 3497-3B is the heavy duty dolly Vinten builds for outside broadcast use with the HD tripods. Its 150 mm castors are the largest in the dolly range, so it rolls over a cable run, a boarded floor joint or an uneven stadium concourse without transmitting the bump into the shot.

It folds to a compact shape and carries by an integral handle, and the foot-operated brakes are fast-action so all three wheels lock from standing. It weighs 8.8 kg with a 50 cm leg radius. Cable guards and track locks are reserved for the studio configurations and are not fitted here, which keeps the OB version light to strike.
